Matters needing attention in Cable installation

1. the mine cable parallel with heat pipe installation should keep a distance of 2m, when crossing, should keep 0.5m.
2. cable and other pipeline parallel or cross when installation should keep a distance of 0.5m.
3. cable directly buried installation, 1-35kv cable directly buried depth should not be less than 0.7m.
4. 10kv and below parallel cable installation of each interval is not less than 0.1m, 10-35kv is not less than 0.25m, cross when the distance is not less than 0.5m.
5. minimum bending radius of cable, multi cores cable shall not be less than 15D, single core cable shall not be less than 20D (diameter).
6. 6kv and above cable connector.
A. when installing cable terminal head, must stripped semiconduction shielding layer, operation shall not damage the insulation, should avoid to mark and uneven situation, when it is necessary to use sand paper to grind;Shielding end should level off, and I will clear out the layer of graphite.
B. plastic cable end copper shield and armor must be good grounding, also should follow the principle of short lines, avoid unbalanced three-phase run ShiGang armoured end produce inductive electromotive force, and even "lighter" and accidents such as burning sheath. 7. basic requirements for the cable end head and middle joint: A. conductor connection is good; B. insulation reliable, and recommends the type radiation crosslinked heat shrinkable silicone rubber insulation materials; C. good seal; D. enough mechanical strength, can adapt to various operation conditions.
8. cable end must be waterproof, and other corrosive materials, in case caused by the water tree insulation aging and lead to breakdown.
9. the loading and unloading of the cable must use a crane or forklift, the ban on flat, flat cable, large cable installation shall be used for cable car, in order to avoid cable damage by external forces or scratch insulation by artificial drag.
10. if cable cannot timely storage for some reason, should put it in a dry place, prevent sunlight insolate and cable end into water etc.
